Synchronicity in Saudia Arabia with Ertyad Training Company

Synchronicity is assisting Ertyad Training Company in Riyadh in their “HyPo Project” sponsored by the Saudi Government. The project aims at preparing 100 graduates to take responsibility within the private sector. Synchronicity is contributing with assessment tools (Scope), Career Power™, Career Coaching for Managers™ and Lov’Em or Los’Em™ programmes. This project consolidates Synchronicity presence in the Middle East.

Synchronicity and Credit Suisse Italia

Synchronicity is implementing its flagship Leadership programme in Credit Suisse Italia.

The “Leader with Impact” programme is attended by the entire management population of Credit Suisse Italia.

Rosalinda Fiumara

Rosalinda Fiumara has joined the Synchronicity team in Geneva. Rosalinda's main responsibility will be to coordinate HR benchmarking and HR Measurement projects in Switzerland. Rosalinda has matured her professional experience in HR Focus in Milan.
